Condition & Strength coaching (Off-ice)

We offer condition, strength, mobility, speed and explosiveness coaching for individuals, groups, teams and clubs. Our knowledge and methods (filming, group size, analysis & personal feedback) ensure development in short-term periods.

Our concept is based on studies, science, data and experience. Hockey specific motions and exercises are making it possible to practice the muscles which are needed in ice hockey. Off-ice training is planned to support on-ice techniques and skills.
