4-week off-ice training program

Develop your skating abilities off the ice.

This program prepares the body to handle the training load and strengthens even the smallest skating muscles.

The program is for ambitious 11–16 yrs old junior ice hockey players and it is designed to complement all other training programs that the player might have from the team.
